| After graduating from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1977, Mike Smith worked for seven years in water rights and floodplain regulation programs currently administered by the DNR. He worked as an assistant attorney general in the Environmental Law Division at the Iowa Department of Justice from 1984 until his recent retirement. | ||
