| Pat Sauer, CPESC, CPSS is the stormwater coordinator for the Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities and administers the Iowa Stormwater Education Program. This educational program creates resources based on water quality issues that are distributed locally in communities to numerous target audiences. The program also provides support to the MS-4 member cities that are required to implement storm water programs. Pat is on the technical committee for the Iowa Stormwater Partnership and reviews SUDAS design guidelines for erosion, sediment and velocity control and best management practices in the Iowa Stormwater Management Manual. Pat has presented on various urban water quality and storm water management topics at numerous statewide workshops and conferences and is currently involved in an urban soil quality restoration research project. | ||
