Okoboji Fall Conference Vendor Set Up: August 30th

***New this year*** The Vendor Hall has moved to the Bayhill and Pebble Beach rooms.  It is best to move in using the resort main entrance, past the reservation check in and then take a right.  The Premium Booth area remains outside of Wimbledon.
Vendor set up is Monday afternoon, August 30th from 3:00 – 5:00 PM.
Check in at the IRWA Registration Desk when you arrive in hotel lobby.
We DO NOT promise electricity for your booth at this conference.  If you are along a wall, you are allowed to use the outlets but electricity is NOT part of the package.
DO NOT bring large equipment to park outside.  We have limited parking and your booth space does not include parking for large equipment.

Tuesday -      7:00 – 7:45 AM – during registration/breakfast
                        10:00 – 10:30 AM – morning break
                        12:30 – 1:15 PM – lunch break
                        2:15 – 2:30 PM – afternoon break
Wednesday –7:30 – 8:00 AM – breakfast
                        10:00 – 10:30 AM – morning break/prize drawings
                        10:30 AM – Tear Down
