Climatetech is one of the fastest-growing job sectors in the U.S., and it will grow its ranks even more with a massive boost from the Inflation Reduction Act. But lack of gender diversity continues to be a problem for the industry — in 2021, only 30 percent of people working in wind and solar were women, compared to 47 percent of the national workforce.
