Ted Corrigan, CEO & General Manager of Des Moines Water Works since June 2020, will be providing updates about formation of a regional drinking water utility as well as discussing continued challenges presented by degraded source water in the Raccoon and Des Moines Rivers. and the potential of harmful algal blooms later this summer will be the subject of this presentation
as well as plans or upgrades and expansion of infrastructure. Admission is FREE and open to the public for the program at 6:45. Doors open at 5:30 including cocktail hour and Dinner service will be available beginning at 6 pm.
