Join the Hubbell Environmental Law Initiative and the College of Law in welcoming Richard J. Lazarus, Charles Stebbins Fairchild Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, for a talk about The Making of US Environmental Law - with a particular emphasis on the Midwest.
