Iowa Food Systems Coalition Advocacy Training Workshops

During late November and early December, Iowa Farmers Union (IFU) will be hosting a series of four 30-45 minute advocacy workshops, three virtual and one in-person, for the Iowa Food Systems Coalition (IFSC). The goal of the workshops is to help develop a collective advocacy mindset for the coalition as we develop actionable policy items. IFU intends to play a lead in policy organizing, advocacy, and lobbying for the Iowa Food Plan. This series of workshops is a chance to build a working relationship as we head into the 2023 Legislative Session.
