The Iowa Farmers Union State Convention is a chance for members from all over Iowa to connect with one another, hear from world-renowned speakers, attend educational sessions, and influence changes made to our guiding policy.

Saturday 

• 7:30 am  – Registration Opens
• 8:30 am  – Welcome and President’s address (Aaron Heley Lehman, IFU President)
• Panel on Climate Change (Dr. Jerry Hatfield, Ron Rosmann, Matt Russell)
• Breakout Discussion Sessions 
• 11:45 am – Lunch 
• Election of Board Members
• IFU Fundraiser Kickoff
• Keynote Address (Ricardo Salvador, Union of Concerned Scientists, Director: Food & Environment Program)
• Policy Discussion and Voting
