More than 25 organizations tabled at Environmental Lobby Day, sharing information with legislators and attendees about the issues facing Iowa's environment.
Two dozen engaged Iowans attended the advocacy training to gain insights into engaging with their legislators and making the most impact with their visits and voice.
In addition, IEC thanks Senator Pam Jochum, Representative Michael Bergan, Sara Carmichael of Iowa Rivers Revival, and Bill Menner of The Bill Menner Group for sharing their insights on Iowa's natural resources and the role advocacy plays in protecting the spaces we treasure.
